The achievement of the goals in this Dynamic Plan will lead to the continued pursuit of P-CCS being the premier school district that our students and community expect and deserve with all that is on the horizon in the world of education. The strategic goals and objectives embedded within the plan are designed to support any unfinished learning that may have occurred as a result of the pandemic, but more importantly to lead our students to accelerate their academic, social, and emotional growth in order to thrive in this new educational world and beyond. The plan looks to capture the desire of our school community to invest in innovative educational programming that will attract students and families to P-CCS. The process included stakeholder feedback groups, Board of Education workshops, and several meetings of the Dynamic Plan Steering Committee in order to examine data, engage in rich discussion, and strategically set goals - all of which serves as a strong foundation for this Dynamic Plan. The construction of the plan involved a diverse group of stakeholders, including the Board of Education, district and building leadership, educators, support staff, community partners, families, and students.
